Job summary

Globant is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer in Pune, India. The role requires deep SFCC expertise and strong leadership capabilities to guide architecture and team delivery.

You will work on SFRA projects, optimize content catalogs, and ensure robust deployment pipelines with CI/CD and related tooling. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in SFCC with at least 2 SFRA projects.
• Minimum 3 years in software architecture and technical design.
• 3+ years leading software development teams (min 3 engineers).
• SFCC functional skills: Content management, Customer groups, SEO, products & catalogs, search, checkout, interface customization, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS.
• Expertise in Business Manager.
• Good understanding of web services concepts and service frameworks.
• Willingness to support production issues and incidents.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, ANT, and standard release management processes.
• Bonus: Java/J2EE experience; SFCC Architect Certification is a plus.
