AllCloud is seeking a Salesforce Business Application Analyst who combines strong business analysis with hands‑on Salesforce administration in a hybrid role. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation while supporting the AI‑driven Salesforce ecosystem.

Partner with stakeholders to analyze needs, administer enterprise apps, configure workflows with low‑code tools, and review AI outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and value for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Application Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to deliver business solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled enterprise applications and low-code/no-code workflows.

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Application Analyst who combines strong Business Analysis capabilities with hands‑on Salesforce administration experience. This is a hybrid role requiring an individual who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation while supporting the organization's evolving AI‑driven Salesforce ecosystem.

A key differentiator for this role is experience working with Agentic AI solutions, where the analyst will serve as the human‑in‑the‑loop, reviewing AI‑generated outputs, refining prompts, validating recommendations, and continuously improving agent‑driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business needs and problem statements.
• Perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable business application solutions.
• Create business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Business Application Administration

• Administer and support enterprise business applications, including system configuration, user setup, access management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate with development teams for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Support application license management, usage tracking, and compliance activities.
• Maintain data quality by assisting with data governance, validation, and cleanup activities.

Workflow Optimization

• Support case management processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and application enhancements.
• Configure and optimize application workflows using low‑code or no‑code capabilities where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system usability, adoption, and overall business value.

AI-Enabled Productivity

• Utilize AI‑enabled capabilities within enterprise applications (such as Agentforce, Rovo, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve productivity and automate routine tasks.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs, refine prompts when needed, and ensure business relevance and accuracy.
• Support the adoption of AI‑assisted workflows while following organizational governance and best practices.

Documentation & User Enablement

• Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, process documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver user training and support adoption of new features and business processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for operational tracking and leadership reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
