Job summary

Infrabyte in Noida is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories and functional process flows while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of Salesforce BA experience, strong domain knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, plus Experience Cloud and Tableau CRM preferred. This is a work-from-office role with 5 days a week commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce - Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material.
• Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred
• Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.
• Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
