About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed individual ready to start or grow their career in sales. As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be the front line of our customer engagement strategy — introducing prospects to our offerings, supporting their buying decisions, and contributing directly to our growth story. This role is designed for someone eager to learn fast, adapt quickly, and make an impact from Day 1.
What You’ll Be Doing
️ Customer Engagement
Connect with potential customers across channels — phone, email, messaging, and in-person (if applicable).
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions, products, or services to meet them.
Educate customers clearly on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Sales Execution & Support
Assist the sales team in following up on leads and nurturing them through the pipeline.
Contribute to ongoing campaigns, product launches, and outreach initiatives.
Consistently work toward weekly and monthly conversion goals and performance metrics.
️ Pipeline Management & Tools
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and outcomes using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest actionable solutions.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and messaging.
Share feedback from customer interactions to improve product positioning and support materials.
Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture through ownership and initiative.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
Clear and confident communication (verbal and written)
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive tone with customers
Self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and grow in the sales domain
Resilience in handling rejections and customer objections professionally
Organizational skills and basic familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
Bonus Points For
Prior internship or work experience in sales, customer service, or retail
Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
Bachelor's degree in any field (not mandatory if you bring the right mindset)
