About the team:

The Dairy vertical includes digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets and its ecosystem, along with other retail businesses. This team is primarily responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations within this category.

About the role:

The role involves selling products or services for the company and representing the brand. It also includes managing customer relationships, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase completion.

Expectations/Requirements:

  • Must have a Smartphone, Bike & Helmet
  • Candidates should have a zeal for growth
  • Good market knowledge is required
  • Experience in a Channel Sales role with team management of at least 5 members
  • Understanding of distribution concepts, expansion strategies, and metrics
  • Experience in motivating teams to earn lucrative incentives
