Paytm Payments Services is seeking a field sales professional to increase the sale of QR and Soundbox through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations in India. The role emphasizes building distribution, leading a sales team, and achieving aggressive market growth.

Responsibilities include coaching, planning market reach, recruiting a capable team, and ensuring sales targets are met through effective communication and audits.

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure the team is in markets where sales & usage are done regularly; travel extensively across area.
