Job Summary

To Manage and find new growth opportunities to drive business sales and to build customer relationships. create strategies to improve sales and penetrate new markets as well as provide demos to the customers.

  1. To Qualify the leads generated by the marketing Team, and also to manage the team of Business Development executives
  2. To Manage and develop New Customers in Assigned Sales territory while maintaining the existing sales
  3. To Perform the product presentation for prospective customers/clients as needed.
  4. To Coordinate and execute the Product Demonstration to the Customers:
    1. Demo booking for the customer as per Customer availability
    2. Execute Demo tailored to the customers need
    3. Query Resolution during the session
  5. To keep themselves updated on the current market trends and Emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. To Perform the competitor analysis for the product and adapt it to the sales strategies accordingly.
  7. To Set Up Meetings with Prospective customers to understand their Needs and Listen to and resolve their concerns.
  8. To Resolve the Query and the Objection of the Customers
  9. To Gather feedback from the customer or Prospective customer and share it with the internal Team.
  10. To Build and maintain Strong Customer Relationship to Ensure Customer satisfaction.
  11. To close Sales Deals with the customer/Client and follow up on the Closure.
  12. To Maintain Cross team collaboration with marketing and customer support to make the customer experience Seamless.
  13. To Participate on behalf of the company in Exhibition and Events
  14. To Participate and as well as conduct sales training development for Training and Development.
  15. To maintain the CRM and Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports
  16. To Provide reporting to the manager regularly
  17. To Live by HR Policy
