Job Title – Sales Support Sr Analyst

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing their needs and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with all BSO departments to meet clients’ needs. Responsibilities will include resolving escalated issues and creating and maintaining reporting to enhance the client experience. Effective communication, problem-solving and leadership skills are crucial, along with the ability to strategize and implement effective client care processes. This role focuses on creating an environment that enables the Platform and Delivery Teams to successfully deliver value-added services for all our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with operations team to ensure they deliver high-quality service. Identify training opportunities for operations team.
• Issue Resolution: Address escalated client concerns and identify effective solutions. Handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business situations. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
• Ability to serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business processes, CBRE practices, and real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to edit, enhance, and quality-check marketing collateral and pitch materials.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholder availability, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience required. Global and large-team management experience preferred but not required.
