Position Reporting To

Team Lead Raipur

Your Role and Responsibilities

  1. Mission Statement: To grow the business in the Raipur cluster and generate new business for Drive Modules in the Drive Products Division through Channel Partners, OEMs, System Integrators, and End Users. Work model: on-site.
  2. This role belongs to the Motion Business for the Drive Products Division, based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. You will be mainly accountable for:
  3. Budget, Planning, and Execution: Achieve sales targets for new business in the Drive Products division, focusing on Channel Partners, OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators. Seek new customers and untapped opportunities. Achieve monthly order targets and collect overdue payments.
  4. Develop new channel partners to expand distribution in the cluster and collaborate with market managers and product sales managers for business growth.
  5. Market Development: Conduct in-house sales seminars with strong value propositions, work closely with partners and share success stories, and position products effectively.
  6. Ownership: Fully committed to meeting budget goals. Coordinate with the service team for warranty and after-sales support.
  7. Management Information System (MIS): Regularly update business activities product line-wise and market-wise. Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical or a similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of front-end sales experience with strong knowledge of product bundles in Industrial Automation, Drives, Automation, & Servo Products preferred.
  • Aggressive, result-oriented, with good communication skills. Ability to sell volumes and values.
  • Key Focus Areas and Opportunities for Impact:
  • Driving systematic business growth aligned with strategic pricing and channel policies.
  • Collaborating with demanding partners and providing end-to-end support to strengthen partnerships.
  • Consistently achieving quarterly targets, demonstrating strong market responsiveness.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships through 30-35 strategic meetings per month.
