Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join the Data Quality & Enrichment team in Pune, India. The role focuses on improving data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, and performing data enrichment with providers like DnB, Zoominfo, and Leadspace.

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel/Partner Ops with data management and data models.
• Experience applying AI/automation to data work or demonstrated eagerness to do so.
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Good understanding of data analytics and attention to detail.
• Power BI and Tableau experience could be an add-on.
• Previous experience with SFDC and SFDC tools like Data Loader/Salesforce Inspector preferable.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with a "Shared Resource Centre".
• A self-starter, quick learner, and team player.
• Contributes to team and company success.

Responsibilities

• CRM data quality - Manage and improve data quality across core objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities), ensuring completeness and accuracy of key firmographic fields such as industry, company size, geography, and DUNS.
• Enrichment & Account Hierarchy standardization - Execute data enrichment activities using third-party providers like DnB, Zoominfo, Leadspace and manual research; validate and standardize inbound data prior to updates.
• Identify and update Company Hierarchy, Mergers, Acquisition of companies and reflect in SFDC.
• Perform deduplication, cleansing, and bulk data updates using tools such as Ringlead, App Script , Salesforce Dataloader.
• Enforce data governance standards, maintain/create SOPs as required.
• Analyze mass data to identify true Net New accounts using enrichment tools.
• Strong stakeholder relationship for executing and identifying gaps and resolving them.

About The Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our Data Quality & Enrichment team. The Sales Data Quality Analyst will be an integral part in the Sales Data Quality team responsible for working on initiatives to increase the account data quality and building proper gates to ensure controls around our data.

Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Work Location: Pune, IND
