Overview
Position: Sales Officer MT — Location: Indore
Division: Sales | Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Be aware of MT chains in respective locations, and understand category teams and stores managers.
- Sales planning (primary and secondary) to optimize sales and prevent stock outs.
- Sales forecasting: assess market demand, manage inventory, and plan promotions.
- Market coverage: maximize distribution coverage across the territory.
- Promotion: plan and implement local promotions and optimize trade promotion inputs.
- Training & development: impart training to sales staff and business associates on product knowledge, market coverage, and company plans/objectives.
- Competitive information: track and analyze competitors actions and provide timely reporting.
- Reports & records: maintain as per company norms.
- Good written & oral communication skills are essential.
- Any other assignment given by management from time to time as per company requirements.

- Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
