Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Officer CASA in Retail Banking. You will drive acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts, target NTB CASA accounts and higher CASA variants, and cross-sell Life Insurance, mutual funds, gold and trade/FX products. Build strong customer relationships while ensuring KYC compliance.

Age 21–30; Graduation (PG preferred). AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB certifications are a plus. Female candidates with a career gap over 6 months are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of Quality CASA accounts – NTB CASA accounts (qualified & activated).
• Acquisition of higher CASA variants – qualified & activated.
• Achieve CASA values – AMB in accounts sourced during the month.
• Cross-sell Life Insurance, MF, Gold, Trade/FX and assets products.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure KYC compliance.
• Adhere to bank policies, manage risks, MIS reporting and timely escalations.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
• Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
• Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
• Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
• Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
• Comply with Banks policies and processes
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

Expected Candidate

Age: Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years

Profile

Education:

• Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)
• AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage
