Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive CASA account acquisitions and cross-sell financial products. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, adherence to KYC norms, and compliance with bank policies. Graduation is required, with postgraduate qualifications considered a plus.

You will engage in acquiring quality CASA accounts, promoting Life Insurance and mutual funds, while ensuring timely MIS reporting and risk-aware operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; Post Graduation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and retail banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Acquire quality CASA accounts (Current and Savings).
• Cross-sell Life Insurance, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure KYC compliance.
• Adhere to bank policies, processes and risk controls.
• Submit MIS reports and escalate issues timely.

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
• Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
• Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs) Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
• Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
• Comply with Banks policies and processes
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
• Expected Candidate Age:-Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years
• Profile Education: Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)
• AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage Past Experience0 - 5 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations Other Aspects/
