Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage sales, preferably in the assigned location or surrounding areas.
  • Candidates with experience in General Trade sales and distribution are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and appoint new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to increase product reach.
  • Ensure optimal coverage of the assigned geographical area.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Ensure effective placement and visibility of products in retail outlets.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and market feedback.
  • Successfully execute sales promotional schemes and product launches.

The Role: Sales Officer

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the distribution network for the Tadka Singh brand within your assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role requiring a proactive approach to market development, retailer relationship management, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Distribution Expansion: Identify and appoint new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to increase product reach and penetration.
  • Market Coverage: Ensure optimal coverage of the assigned geographical area (Patna, Nawada, Sasaram, or Aurangabad).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure effective placement, display, and visibility of Tadka Singh products in retail outlets.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor actions to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Scheme Implementation: Successfully execute sales promotional schemes and product launches as per company guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree (any stream).
