Adidar Consulting is seeking a Field Sales Officer to promote home loan products and acquire customers across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The role involves field work, meeting sales targets, and running area/geography mapping to optimize reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Graduation completed (UG) is required.
• Sales experience in BFSI/retail domains is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Map area/geography coverage and identify sales opportunities.
• Manage source relationships and partnerships.
• Maintain periodic sales reports and dashboards.
• Recruit and onboard channel partners to expand reach.
• Participate in team huddles to align on targets and plans.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• Ensure timely completion of file processing and closure.
