The incumbent shall be responsible for the achievement of the assigned sales targets.
The role involves implementing sales strategies to attract and retain clients and channel partners, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, and increasing the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals of the company.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze data to drive sales performance improvements.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, CRM and commercial/ F&A teams to ensure a great experience for the end customer.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA degree shall be a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the real estate sector in the NCR.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the local geography and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
