Soulnkey Consulting is seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager to acquire new customers and grow business by offering suitable financial and investment products. You will build client relationships, understand financial goals, and recommend appropriate investment solutions.

Key responsibilities include driving sales to Retail and HNI clients, promoting FDs, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Life Insurance, and maintaining accurate client records and reports. Certification in NISM/IRDAI is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years of experience in wealth management, banking, financial services, or insurance sales.
• Good knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, fixed deposits, and life insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new Retail and HNI clients through calls, references, networking, and other sales channels.
• Sell financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Life Insurance.
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and portfolio reviews.
• Achieve monthly sales, AUM, revenue, and insurance premium targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, risks, and returns transparently.
• Maintain client records and sales reports.
