A leading financial services company based in Jamshedpur seeks an individual to maintain dealership relationships and enhance sales performance. The role involves managing dealership contacts, ensuring effective implementation of sales schemes, and training sales teams. Candidates should have experience in dealership management and sales analysis.
Major Deliverables:
Maintain relationship with TML dealerships & Daily Dealership contact & visit
Ensure enhanced sourcing & business at the dealer counter(s) being managed
Ensuring PDD updation & Non starter collection & updation to maintain the portfolio
Ensure proper implementation of all the schemes in operation at local level & impart regular training on the same to the dealer Sales team
Keep updated data on TML retails & off take at the dealer point along with Market share of TMF
Ensure good & sustained relationship with local Territory manager of TML for all Products
Daily review of the Sales team under him ( BDM / BDE) & focus on sustained logins .
