Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Ortho & Rheumatology segment across the South Zone. The role involves managing a large field force, achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory (South Zone).
• Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 70+ field staff including Area Managers, Medical Representatives, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor secondary sales, primary sales, and overall business performance.
• Strengthen relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and stakeholders in the Ortho & Rheumatology segment.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and productivity of the team.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint work, and performance reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaign execution.
