We are looking for a Sales Manager for our reputed client in Real Estate.
Experience Required: 2+ years
Location: Kanakapura Road
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure follow-up on collections and customer payments.
- Be physically present at project sites on weekends for site visits.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of data in the CRM system.
- Monitor and enforce CRM discipline within the team.
- Attend to all leads promptly and professionally.
- Set sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to the Director.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and travel to project sites.
- High responsibility, target orientation, and team management skills.
- Confident and convincing communication, especially with HNI clients.
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and closing abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or lifestyle project sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
