Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Critical Care division to achieve business targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to implement promotional activities.
