Role & Responsibilities
- Promote & sell the entire range of company's products through super stockists/distributors to primary and secondary markets.
- Develop and generate sales for the general trade (GT) market.
- Grow, develop, & maintain existing outlets and activate new outlets in the designated areas.
- Manage sales activities including tracking orders, stock availability, product placements, etc.
- Monitor and report on competitor strategies and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the corporate office for planning schemes, incentives, manpower, and analyze sales data.
- Track primary, secondary, tertiary sales, and compare targets vs. achievements in the region.
- Submit accurate sales and market reports to management within prescribed timelines.
- Recommend business development ideas and suggest ways to increase sales.
- Address after-sales queries and complaints to ensure customer/channel satisfaction.
- Be prepared to travel approximately 15 days per month within the assigned region.
- Work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Maintain good communication and coordination skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for report preparation and analysis.
