Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Bengaluru seeks a Sales Manager - Bancassurance to drive insurance sales through bank branches. You will engage with branch stakeholders, attend morning huddles, and manage health, motor and home insurance for a defined cluster of branches.

With 1-3 years of experience, you will aim to maintain renewal percentages and activate branch networks for health and non-health products, based at the Bangalore MG Road branch.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Banking/insurance distribution knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders getting leads and driving business through them.
• Attending Morning huddle at Bank Branches.
• Doing Fresh Health, Motor and home insurance of business GWP across cluster of Bank Branches.
• Maintaining Renewal percentage across Branches.
