Role & responsibilities

Candidates should be Graduates/ Post Graduate with at least 2-3 years adequate experience in similar capacity in Freight Forwarding /Logistics Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute air freight rate quotation processes for both export and import shipments.
• Maintain daily quote logs and ensure timely reviews with the Air Freight Head.
• Engage daily with the Air Freight Head, operations team, and sales team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status and perform track-and-trace activities for cargo.
• Provide timely feedback on shipment win/loss ratios to evaluate overall air freight performance.
• Follow up on quotations with clients and share potential sales leads with the Air Freight Manager.
• Maintain excellent business relationships with customers, CHAs, transporters, airlines, and other vendors.
• Support any other air freight-related tasks as required.
