Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager to lead luxury property sales in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value transactions, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon property landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial properties across Gurgaon (DLF, Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits, manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.
- Handle client negotiations and ensure premium customer experience.
- Liaise with developers, architects, and channel partners to stay updated on project details.
- Manage a team of sales executives (optional based on role level).
- Represent the company at high-end property expos and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury or premium real estate sales or high ticket sales in any domain in Gurgaon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Existing client base of HNIs and investors is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA preferred).
- Should own a vehicle and be willing to travel within NCR.
