We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Key Account Executive to manage and expand our OEM customer base, drive strategic sales initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in sales, marketing, and service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Account Management:
- Strengthen and support sales operations for existing OEM clients.
- Manage all Sales, Marketing, and Service-related activities for Key Account customers within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term client retention.
- Business Development:
- Identify new application areas and explore opportunities to onboard potential customers.
- Generate and pursue new sales enquiries; provide tailored solutions that align with both customer needs and company offerings.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan, design, and implement strategic Sales & Marketing initiatives.
- Order Execution & Customer Satisfaction:
- Oversee complete order execution from entry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely payment collection.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance reviews for discussion with the Sales Manager.
- Utilize the ERP system to deliver efficient services and support to customers.
- Maintain and analyze customer data in the CRM to generate actionable MIS reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet sales targets and support overall business objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities align with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and organizational compliance policies.
- Growth & Profitability:
- Drive business volume growth while ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer engagement and sales outcomes.
