Job summary

Muthoot Finance Limited is seeking Sales Interns across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Kurnool and Warangal. This full-time internship for fresh graduates offers practical experience in sales, customer handling, lead generation and financial services.

Stipend starts at ₹14,000 per month for 1–6 months and ₹18,000 per month for 7–12 months, with On-Roll conversion after 1 year and a CTC of ₹3 LPA.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 0–1 year experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with leads through Telecalling and inside sales.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
• Make outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/MIS.
• Update daily calling and sales reports.
