Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and scale the modular furniture division. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record in driving enterprise and project-based sales across B2B and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth for the modular furniture division.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving business targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for large-scale commercial and residential furniture projects.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer insights.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure profitability through effective pricing, cost management, and sales forecasting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business networking forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
