- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools industry.

Salary Structure
- 1-8-12 LPA (Fixed 85% & Variable 15%)
- Incentive on sales amount as per company policy
- Provident Fund as per Company norm
- Medi-claim Rs. 10,00,000 (Employee + 2 Dependents)
- Accidental Claim Rs. 7,00,000
