HackerEarth is an AI-powered developer assessment software that helps companies accurately measure a developer’s skills through online coding tests. It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer’s performance on those skills.

We proudly serve 1000+ customers across the globe, including many Fortune 1000 companies like Google, Walmart, Amazon, Barclays, GE, Siemens, etc. We have assessed more than 2 million candidates, support 41 different programming languages, provide 8 different types of assessment techniques, and enable assessments across 100+ different skills.

HackerEarth also offers a community version of the product used by developers worldwide to assess and improve their coding skills by solving challenges and participating in online competitions and hackathons. Our community includes over 6 million developers.

Role – Account Executive - Enterprise Sales

Location – Bangalore (Hybrid - Twice a week)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of HackerEarth to sell our product offerings.
  • Prospect potential clients across India to identify the right prospects for HackerEarth.
  • Generate meetings with C-level and VP-level executives from your prospect list.
  • Manage forecasts accurately to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Discover, pitch, demo, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build a predictable opportunity pipeline for the month, quarter, and year to meet sales targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of tech hiring and the HR tech industry to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to increase their spend on HackerEarth solutions.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to capture market information and conduct data-driven sales.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of direct SaaS sales experience in enterprise segments.
  • Passionate about sales, disciplined, and hardworking.
  • Consistent in showing up and delivering results.
  • Competitive with a high drive to win new deals and generate revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Active listener with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Motivated to build a successful sales career.
