Role – Account Executive - Enterprise Sales
Location – Bangalore (Hybrid - Twice a week)
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of HackerEarth to sell our product offerings.
- Prospect potential clients across India to identify the right prospects for HackerEarth.
- Generate meetings with C-level and VP-level executives from your prospect list.
- Manage forecasts accurately to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Discover, pitch, demo, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Build a predictable opportunity pipeline for the month, quarter, and year to meet sales targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of tech hiring and the HR tech industry to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to increase their spend on HackerEarth solutions.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to capture market information and conduct data-driven sales.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of direct SaaS sales experience in enterprise segments.
- Passionate about sales, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Consistent in showing up and delivering results.
- Competitive with a high drive to win new deals and generate revenue.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active listener with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
