Job Title: Sales Executive – EdTech Domain
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales
Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and enrolments for our EdTech courses with ticket sizes ranging from ₹10,000 – ₹35,000.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
- Provide product/course information, answer queries, and guide customers through the enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Participate in sales training and skill development programs as required.
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, education, or related domains.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Compensation & Perks
- Basic Salary: ₹15,000/month (guaranteed)
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month based on achievement of monthly targets.
- Annual Bonus: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 for consistent performers.
- Allowances: Travel (₹2,000/month) + Mobile (₹1,000/month)
- Total Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 per year (including basic + incentives + allowances)

Monthly Target Guidelines (EdTech Courses)
- Minimum Target (80%)- ₹2,00,000/- (Incentive ₹5,000/-)
- Standard Target (100%)- ₹2,50,000/- (Incentive ₹10,000/-)
- Overachievement (120%)- ₹3,00,000/- (Incentive ₹15,000/-)
- Star Performer (150%)- ₹3,50,000/- (Incentive ₹20,000/-)
