Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain and upgrade communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
- Conduct market analysis and devise strategies for generating new business.
- Furnish sales monthly reports on a timely basis.
- Achieve budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and Assistant Director of Sales.
REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION:- Reports to Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager.
- Coordinates with all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
- Communicates effectively with guests, clients, business partners, and staff.
Others:- Continuous learning through own IDP.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT:- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel industry (reservation, front office, or food & beverages), preferably in a 5-star class environment.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- A positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
- Possess a professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
