Human Resources Administration Manager @ Prithvi Inner Wears | HR Management

- Adhere to the Permanent Journey Plan and visit the retail shops

- Responsible for adding additional retail outlets and converting to Prithvi retail outlets

- Responsible for secondary order collection and achieving Daily and Monthly sales targets

- Provide information on requirement of displays at retail shops, coordinate and ensure promotional materials reached on time

- Aware of new products in the markets and provide information to Area Sales Manager

- Responsible for on‑time addressing of retail outlet complaints

- Updating required details in the software

- Checking stock at distributor end at the beginning of every month

- Identify non‑moving stock and update ASM

- Providing product training to outlets and distributors

- Ensure samples are shown and give touch and feel to retailers
