Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring for a full-time retail sales role at Inorbit Mall, Hubballi. The candidate will work towards monthly and daily targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and support in-store merchandising and product demonstrations.

Fresh graduates and graduates with 2 years of retail experience are welcome, with emphasis on excellent communication in multiple languages. The role requires strong work ethic, time management, and an ability to engage customers to understand

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products; assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; perform daily checks.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints; escalate to CX dept if required.
