Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Provide ongoing support to distributors and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordination of Sales Events
- Coordinate and actively participate in roadshows, product demos, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Leverage sales events to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and boost sales.
Team Coordination & Performance Monitoring
- Lead and manage the domestic sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor YQM (Yearly Quality Metrics) and TAP (Team Achievement Parameters) to evaluate team performance.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics and KPIs.
