Oversee all sales activities across the country to ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Sales Operations Management
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Market Penetration & Strategy Development
  • Create and implement region-specific strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and evaluate competitive advantages in key domestic markets.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to distributors and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordination of Sales Events
  • Coordinate and actively participate in roadshows, product demos, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  • Leverage sales events to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and boost sales.
Team Coordination & Performance Monitoring
  • Lead and manage the domestic sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor YQM (Yearly Quality Metrics) and TAP (Team Achievement Parameters) to evaluate team performance.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics and KPIs.
