Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• As a member of our elite sales team to generate sales for our very successful and leading SCC Online Legal Database
• To create leads from various sources online and offline
• Work on self-created leads and leads allotted by manager to convert to sales.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support promotional initiatives.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to increase brand visibility.
