Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue growth while delivering a high-quality customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, online platforms, events, etc.)
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective customers, addressing their needs and objections effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:
