The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving the Life Sciences/Omics business. In this role, you will continually commercial skills, while building upon your technical and scientific knowledge.

This position is part of the India Sales development Team and will be based in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive and Support Pharma and CRO Business segments for SCIEX in South India
• Responsible for growth of business segments and Lead initiatives to drive Sales and funnel within the region.
• Maintain the latest competitive information on key workflows and market trends.
• Improve customer collaboration.
• Utilize skills and expertise to train, coach and mentor colleagues and give pre sales presentation.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and regional development and growth plans.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences/Chemistry/Pharmaceuticals
• MBA would be desirable
• At least 6 years technical experience in mass spectrometry industry
• Techno commercials experience is preferred
• Highly self-motivated, team player with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 70%).
• Fluent in English
