Job summary

HDFC Life is hiring a Sales Development Manager for the Banca Channel across Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Sangli, Satara, Pandharpur & Akluj, Nanded, Chh. Sambhajinagar, Jalgaon and Goa.

This is a full-time role focused on expanding life insurance business through bank branches and building strong relationships with bank staff and customers. You will drive sales, customer acquisition and cross-selling of insurance products, work toward achieving business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, CASA, Loans, or Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
