Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Manage life insurance sales goal achievement through recruiting, training, and developing agents on a commission basis.
2. Supervise activity plans of agents to ensure fulfillment as per desired levels.
3. Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update sales.
4. Manage the system and promote motivation for agents' career progression programs.
5. Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal CRM for managing customer relationships and cross-selling products.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, high confidence, and maturity.
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven attitude.
• Well-networked in the local area with an understanding of the local market and a proven track record.
• Stable employment history.
• Minimum graduation in any stream.
