Job summary

You will track quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules, and collaborate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Accounts to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM software, and email communication.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
