Location: Remote

Salary range: Rs 400000 – Rs 600000 (i.e. INR 4-6 LPA)

At Weekday, we are building the next frontier in hiring. We have built the largest database of white collar talent in India and have built outreach tools on top of it to generate highest response rates.

We are profitable and growing substantially month on month.

We pair companies with a Program Manager who uses our technology and outreach tools to find the best talent, get them interested and handles their hiring pipeline end to end.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to present our services and assess interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges, ensuring they align with our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored approaches for engaging prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to measure the success of outreach strategies.
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on relationship building.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

A results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
