Currently we are hiring for International Non Voice Process

Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in International Sales to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships across global markets, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarter/annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal terms (operations, support, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Represent the company in international calls, meetings, and business events.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent communication can apply.
• Candidates should reside within 25 kms of the office
• Candidate must have experience in international voice or non-voice sales
• Both Undergraduate and Graduate can apply
• 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
• ROI - JAM, Assessment & Operations Round
• Two-way cab facility only in night shift within 25 kms from office premises
• Candidate who is comfortable working from office; immediate joiners only
• No virtual interview is available
• Out of station candidates are strictly not eligible
• Pursuing education candidates are strictly not eligible

Qualification
