Job summary

ACS, a private charter company, seeks a Sales Assistant Temp to support luxury client programs in Delhi. You will move from enquiry through post-flight reporting, while learning the aircraft and chartering process and coordinating related operations.

The role emphasizes strong sales, resilience, and superb communication as you handle high-end client expectations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Three-month contract with competitive INR 60,000 monthly base.

• Previous experience working with High End Clients or in Luxury Product and Services - essential.
• Strong sales and negotiating skills.
• Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist mentor with their portfolio of clients.
• Develop expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
• Manage private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report.
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures.
• Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations.
• To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.

ACS are a private charter company arranging passenger and cargo aircraft charters across the globe. Acting as the middle person between our clients and operators, our sales consultants manage the full sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly!

We are looking for candidates who are experienced working in a customer facing role with luxury products & services and want to travel with their career whilst delivering a service beyond expectations to all of their clients!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients
• Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
• Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
