Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Program Manager to lead and manage sales operations for our General Sales Agent (GSA) business in the Travel and Airlines industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic programs, and building strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and other stakeholders. This role requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to manage and execute programs to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Program Management: Design and optimize airline programs, loyalty initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
