How You’ll Make a Difference

The Golden Minute: You will be the first point of contact for new inquiries, responding within 60 seconds to ensure potential clients feel heard and valued the moment they reach out.

Driving the Pipeline: By proactively managing outbound calls and daily follow-up rounds, you turn cold leads into warm opportunities and keep the sales engine primed for success.

Seamless Scheduling: You act as the bridge between the customer and the field team, expertly setting appointments and managing the CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Information Excellence: You provide the vital data the team needs by generating roof reports and maintaining real‑time communication through CRM text monitoring, ensuring total operational clarity.
