Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a senior sales leader to drive revenue with Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts in the Quality domain, leveraging Veeva Vault Life Sciences platform. You will build trusted executive relationships and guide customers on software, data, and consulting to meet strategic priorities.

This remote role is based out of Delhi/Ahmedabad, India, and involves coordinating cross-functional teams, GTM activities, and delivering value analytics to demonstrate progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant work experience in life sciences software & consulting sales.
• Experience selling Quality and Manufacturing software and services.
• Ability to manage head-of-Quality/Manufacturing/IT/Digital relationships at CXO level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow revenue across Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts with a focus on Quality.
• Build and maintain trusted executive relationships and manage full sales cycle.
• Coordinate all Veeva resources and deliver analytics showcasing progress and value.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to learn from and contribute to a fast-growing Life Sciences Cloud platform in India and globally. You will be a trusted partner and advisor to Indian Pharma and CDMO companies in understanding their challenges and assisting them with the right solutions through Veeva Vault Life Sciences Industry Cloud Platform and especially in the Quality domain as area of focus.

This is a remote position based out of our Delhi/Ahmedabad.

What You’ll Do

• Viewed by customers as an expert in applying software, data, and consulting to strategic business priorities
• Create and grow overall revenue in multiple ENTs and SMB’s across Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts with Quality domain as area of focus
• Create and maintain trusted, substance-rich C-level relationships.
• Predictability of the full sales cycle and be able to control the nuances involved
• Lead and coordinate all Veeva resources associated with the account.
• Deliver analytics and benchmarking around progress, maturity and value
• Execute the go-to-market activity such as Events, Webinars, Round tables etc. in assigned territory and accounts

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant work experience(Minimum 5 years in the life sciences industry selling Quality and Manufacturing software and consulting services, 4 years+ working in a leading global or domestic life science informatics product or consulting company sales and key account management roles, 2+ years of SaaS and Cloud software sales and consulting experience in Life Sciences is highly advantageous)
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the level of head of Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance and Procurement
• Have had successful selling and business dev experience in the same territory
• Adequate knowledge of Cloud and SaaS applications, Life Sciences SME, and Digital Transformation concepts
• Based in the right territory - Delhi/Ahmedabad
• Familiarity with regional languages is an added advantage besides English and Hindi proficiency
