We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor for our store in Varanasi who will be responsible for offering a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of luxury shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer, fostering a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations..
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabric details, weaving techniques and the story behind each collection to effectively communicate with our patrons.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
• Represent Tilfi in exhibitions and events as and when required.
• Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards, ensuring that displays are well-organized, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the design and implementation of seasonal and promotional displays that reflect the brand’s image.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining a high standard of presentation at all times.
• Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of products and equipment.

Operations and Inventory management:

• Manage inventory counts and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing movement of inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all inventory.
• Prepare stock and sales reports and share with HQ.
