Job Role

Manage a portfolio of retail customers, including retailers, independent, and branded workshops, coordinating sales through authorized distributors and resellers in the assigned territory. The role requires mobility across various locations in India for comprehensive market development.

Responsibilities
  • Implement marketing programs and promotions via distributors and resellers.
  • Conduct business reviews for growth improvement.
  • Track distribution and market share, and take steps to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage ExxonMobil resources.
  • Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and key customers.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide feedback for marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer inquiries, disputes, claims, and complaints.
  • Train and coach distributor sales staff.
Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Commerce with a CGPA of 7 or above. 3-10 years of B2C/Retail Sales experience in automotive, FMCG, or related fields. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills.

Preferred: Engineers or MBA in Marketing, motivated team player, active listening skills.
