Job summary

H&M in Raipur city centre is seeking a Sales Advisor to help create an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products.

You’ll share fashion knowledge, collaborate with your team to deliver excellent service, keep the floor stocked and inviting, and support opening/closing the store. Represent the brand positively in every interaction.

Store roles assessment:

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.

This is a full-time position for our store in Raipur city centre. The position reports to the Department Manager.
